Purpose
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate and, where appropriate, respond to private correspondence. It is not used for marketing, advertising, newsletter enrollment, public analytics profiles, or lead generation.
Security and retention
Accepted correspondence is delivered to a restricted private mailbox. The website does not maintain a public submission database. Limited technical security records, including hashed rate-limit identifiers, expire within 24 hours. Correspondence retained in the private mailbox is restricted to authorized personnel and kept only as operationally or legally necessary.
Service providers
The website uses hosting, secure email-delivery, and privacy-conscious bot-verification providers solely to operate and protect the correspondence process. No advertising or retargeting technology is used.
